Kilikanoon Distillery has become one of the leading names in the Clare Valley, and Oracle Shiraz is one of their signature products. The Oracle Shiraz is made from selected Shiraz grapes, carefully aged in oak casks. The name “Oracle” reflects the sophistication and skill of the Kilikanoon winemakers in creating these premium wines.
This wine has intense aromas of ripe black fruits such as plum and strawberry, combined with spicy notes such as black pepper and cinnamon. Vanilla, chocolate and oak from the aging process create a rich and balanced flavor. The wine is full-bodied, soft with smooth tannins and a long finish, highlighting the sophistication of the Shiraz grape.
