The name itself, “crown” in French, is a promise of excellence in every drop of Grande Couronne. After 26 years at the Glenfiddich distillery, the “Crown” has been refined. But the special thing about this Grande Couronne product does not stop there, but in the final stage of the aging process. The wine is aged in rare French Cognac casks, adding the sweet flavor of toasted oak, coffee caramel, brown sugar and a few other spices.
