Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is a Mediterranean-inspired product, inspired by the perfect combination of gin and olives. The founders first explored the taste of savoury gin in 2015 with the limited edition Cousin Vera Gin, in collaboration with friends at Santamanía Destileria Urbana in Madrid. It was there that they discovered a true love for savoury gin and how well gin paired with olives.

A few years later, during a visit to the olive harvest at Cobram Estate in Boundary Bend, Victoria, they discovered that olive oil could be a wonderful botanical when combined with dried olive leaves. The result is a delicious, rich and bright gin, launched in August 2020.

Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is a savoury and aromatic gin, made with three different cold-pressed extra virgin olive oils and olive leaf tea from Cobram Estate in Victoria. Botanicals such as rosemary, macadamia nuts and lemon leaves are also used to create the signature flavour. This gin offers a perfect combination of Mediterranean flavours with a modern Australian style, ideal for mixing in a Martini or Gin & Tonic.
