1. Purchasing Principles:

• We buy all foreign wine products on the market, regardless of whether they are old or new, common or premium.
• Only purchase products with intact seals and labels.
• Offer a fair value for the wine, ensuring no fake quotes, no scams, and maintaining absolute confidentiality of customer information.
• Do not purchase empty bottles or boxes.
• All products are inspected, evaluated, and priced by our professional appraisers

2. Purchasing Process:

At Rượu Con Rồng, we have a clear purchasing process to ensure customers can easily contact us and conduct transactions quickly and conveniently.

Step 1: Call or add us on Zalo/Facebook/WhatsApp to discuss product information.

Step 2: Customers provide the name and condition of the product, take pictures of the bottle, box, and any accessories (if applicable), and send them to us via the above contact methods.

Step 3: Rượu Con Rồng will contact you with a quote based on the information provided as soon as possible.

Step 4: Negotiate and agree on the price (depending on the product condition, further discussion may be necessary to finalize a reasonable price).

Step 5: Proceed with the purchase: We will send an employee to the agreed location, or customers can bring the wine directly to our showroom for a final inspection and purchase.
