Yering Station Shiraz Viognier is a unique blend of the red grape Shiraz and the white grape Viognier. This is a traditional blending style from the French Rhône, but Yering Station has made it creatively in the Yarra Valley.
This combination brings the complex aromas of black fruit, black pepper from Shiraz, and the floral and citrus notes of Viognier. The wine is full-bodied, with soft tannins, and a good balance between the spicy Shiraz and the fresh Viognier.
