DESCRIPTION
Tamnavulin Sherry Cask is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Tamnavulin distillery, located in Speyside. The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks before being transferred to sherry casks for finishing, giving it a more complex and varied flavour profile. The combination of these casks creates a whisky with rich, ripe fruit and oak flavours.
Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Aromas of dried fruit, particularly raisins and dried apricots, with hints of orange and honey.
- Taste: Sweet toffee, hazelnuts, and light oak spice, with flavours of ripe fruit and dark chocolate.
