Spiced Roselle Gin is the third gin from Sông Cái Distillery. This is the next chapter in the journey to tell the story of Vietnam, from the wild highlands to the fertile plains, to friends around the world through carefully distilled spirits. Spiced Roselle Gin celebrates the Central Highlands of Vietnam, home to pristine forests and majestic waterfalls. This is also where the wild sim fruit grows abundantly on the red basalt soil, home to ethnic minority communities for thousands of years.

Inspired by traditional Vietnamese fruit-infused wines, Spiced Roselle Gin brings the flavor, color and name of the sim fruit to this gin. Embodying the full flavor and spirit of the Central Highlands, this gin has a warm spice aroma, the gentle taste of dried fruit, mixed with a bit of sweetness from the roots, balanced with a light astringency and a delicate acidity. The wine has the plum red color of sim fruit, reminiscent of the red basalt soil color and the woven patterns on the costumes of the people of this land.
