When we look at the Far East and the beginning of the spice path, one of the key flavour characteristics that comes to mind is “hot and rich”. Sweet elements and Sichuan pepper are typical of Chinese five spice pots and flavours. Ajwain balances the heat of the pepper and adds a pleasant smokiness to the Opihr botanicals.
TASTE:
A bold, rich and spicy gin from the Far East and the Orient. It has the invigorating warmth of Sichuan pepper and a base of lemon thyme and lavender. The London Dry Gin is very smooth, well-rounded with plenty of spice that creates a strong warming sensation.
