Opihr European Aromatic Bitters Gin – Inspired by Venice’s rich 500-year history of spice trading and the Italian love affair with cascarilla bark, used to create aromatic tonics, bitters and vermouths. This is a briny, full-bodied London Dry gin with balanced bitters and pairs perfectly with sweet vermouth and Campari to create a spicy twist on the classic Negroni cocktail.

Although cascarilla bark is not native to Europe, it is present in any southern continental bitters and adds a distinctive aroma to the OPIHR flavour.

TASTE:
A full-bodied gin with balanced burnt orange notes, bitters from Europe and the East. A smooth floral aroma with a full-bodied citrus aroma and a woody, earthy finish. The mellow wild notes harmonise with the sweet smoky liquorice wood and a distinct finish to create a smooth and well-rounded London Dry Gin.
