Nikka Yoichi Single Malt is a single malt whisky from Nikka Whisky's Yoichi distillery, located on the island of Hokkaido, Japan. Founded by Masataka Taketsuru, Yoichi is famous for using the charcoal-fire distillation method, similar to traditional Scottish distilleries. This gives Yoichi whisky a strong, full-bodied style, with a distinctive smoky flavour, ideal for those who love whisky with a strong and complex character.
