DESCRIPTION
Laphroaig Select is a unique whisky from Laphroaig, a brand famous for its powerful smoky whiskies from the island of Islay, Scotland. To create Laphroaig Select, the producer selected and combined different whisky casks, including traditional American oak casks, Oloroso Sherry casks, used American oak casks and virgin oak casks. The process of maturing whisky in different casks has given Laphroaig Select a complex flavor, both retaining the smoky flavor of Laphroaig, while adding sweet, spicy and rich notes from the wood.
