Highland Park 30 Year Old is the flagship of the Highland Park whisky distillery, renowned for its rich and delicately flavoured single malts from Orkney, Scotland. Highland Park, with a history stretching back to 1798, has always been known for its lightly smoky whisky style from the local peat and the complexity of the Sherry oak casks.

The Highland Park 30 Year Old range was created with the aim of representing the pinnacle of the art of whisky distilling. To create this version, the Master Distillers have carefully selected used Sherry oak casks, imported from Spain, where the whisky will mature for three decades. This long maturation process helps the whisky develop a complex and rich flavour, combining the sweetness of honey and dried fruit with a gentle peat smoke and rich oak notes.
