DESCRIPTION
Dos Palmas is a Fino Sherry aged for 8 years, developing more complex flavours, while retaining the freshness of the Fino. The wine is bottled directly from the barrel and only a limited number are produced each year.
The flavour is more intense with notes of toasted almonds, bread and a touch of sea salt. The palate is savoury and mineral, with a touch of wood from the oak. The finish is long, crisp with a delicate salty finish.
