With a history of winemaking spanning over 40 years, the winery is always looking to innovate and improve its production methods. Redbrook Shiraz is aged in premium French oak barrels, helping to create a perfect balance of fruit flavors and spice complexity. This is a wine for special occasions, reflecting the professionalism and craftsmanship of the winemakers at Evans & Tate.
The wine has a deep purple color, aromas of black berries, ripe plums, along with black pepper, vanilla and a touch of oak smoke. When enjoyed, the wine brings a strong feeling with firm tannins, rich fruit flavors combined with spices, chocolate, and a touch of oak, finishing with a long and delicate finish.
