Evans & Tate Winery has a long history in the Margaret River region, one of Western Australia’s most renowned wine growing regions. Established in 1974, Evans & Tate has quickly established itself as a leader in quality wines and sustainable production practices. The Redbrook Estate Shiraz was created as part of the winery’s commitment to creating wines of the finest quality, with the aim of celebrating the unique terroir of Margaret River.
The wine is deep red in colour, with aromas of raspberries, blueberries, with notes of spice and a touch of dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine has firm but balanced tannins, rich fruit flavours combined with oak, black pepper and a touch of vanilla, creating a long and complex finish.
