Cù Bồcan Signature is a lightly smoky single malt from the Tomatin distillery, redesigned in mid-2019 with a new bottle and presentation. This whisky is created from a trio of casks: bourbon casks, Oloroso sherry casks and North American virgin oak casks. Notably, there is no chill filtration or additional colouring to this whisky, giving it the most natural and authentic flavour.

- Nose: Wood smoke, dried lemon peel, vanilla, orchard fruits and heather honey with a touch of liquorice
- Taste: Delicious BBQ flavours, pears, orange peel, leather and espresso
