DESCRIPTION

Clase Azul Añejo Tequila is carefully distilled to achieve maximum purity, starting with a selection of organic agave varieties that have been matured for at least 9 years. The traditional method of “slow cooking” the agave fruit in a traditional oven for 72 hours immediately after harvest preserves the natural flavor of the agave. The deep well water is filtered through 5 special stages and the spirit is triple filtered to ensure the purest quality.

Clase Azul Añejo is aged for 25 months in high-quality oak barrels, carefully selected by the master distiller. This aging process allows the spirit to develop a rich and complex flavor. The spirit has an amber color with copper reflections, giving it a seductive and luxurious feel. Aromas of toffee, cinnamon, cloves, roasted hazelnuts, Mexican vanilla, orange marmalade, quince and toasted oak create a unique olfactory experience.

Flavors of Clase Azul Añejo include nutmeg, cloves, marmalade, and toasted oak, resulting in a smooth mouthfeel. This tequila should be enjoyed neat to fully appreciate its complex aromas and rich flavors.
