DESCRIPTION

Château Dauzac, a prestigious Grand Cru Classé from the Margaux region of Bordeaux, France, has a long and rich history. First recorded in the 12th century, the château is one of the oldest wineries in the Bordeaux region. Originally, the land and vineyards of Dauzac were owned by noble families, with the aim of producing wines for the church and the upper class. However, Château Dauzac’s most notable period of development came in 1855, when the winery was awarded the Grand Cru Classé status under the official Bordeaux classification, along with other famous producers. This marked an important milestone, affirming the quality and prestige of the wine from this château. With a long history and constant improvements in production methods, Château Dauzac continues to maintain its reputation as one of the leading wine producers in Margaux, delivering wines with exquisite flavors and complex structures, in line with the expectations of wine lovers around the world.

The wine has a deep red color, aromas of ripe plums, black berries, combined with oak, spices and a touch of violets. On the palate, the wine offers soft tannins, a firm structure, rich fruit flavors, and a long finish with vanilla, tobacco and a touch of minerality.
