DESCRIPTION
Port Charlotte 10 Year Old is a special whisky produced, distilled and bottled entirely in Islay, Scotland. Made from 100% Scottish barley, it has a balance of barbecue smoke and the maritime character of Islay.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Smoky with a marine, ozone character. Earthy notes combined with oak, golden caramel, fudge, vanilla custard, citrus and floral notes
- Taste: Balanced between smoke and oak sweetness. Coconut, vanilla custard, lemon honey, smoked oysters and salty sand
- Finish: Sweet fudge and barley. Orange pie, mango and Banoffee cake, oak and dry smoke
