DESCRIPTION
Bowmore No.1 Malt is an exceptional single malt whisky from Bowmore, Scotland’s oldest distillery. Matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, this whisky features rich layers of peat smoke and malt sweetness. It is a product that clearly reflects the deep character and long history of Bowmore. The maturation of Bowmore No.1 develops sweet vanilla, cinnamon spice and oak smoke, combined with citrus, honeycomb and shredded coconut.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Vanilla combined with sea air and peat smoke, honeycomb and cinnamon spice.
- Taste: Fresh citrus, with a slight saltiness and sweetness of vanilla and shredded coconut.
- Finish: Long finish with peat smoke, bourbon vanilla and a touch of lemon.
