Benromach 21 Year Old is an aged whisky, matured in hand-selected first-fill oak casks, delivering a rich tasting experience with sweet Sherry aromas, subtle spice, Seville oranges and raspberries, finished with charred oak and soft smoke.

Benromach 21 Year Old stands out for its unique approach to production, using two yeasts: brewer's yeast and distiller's yeast, and distilled in very small (by industry standards) stills. This whisky is designed to evoke the feel of Speysiders from the 1950s and 60s, with a subtle smokiness, creating a distinctive and unique flavour.

Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Sweet Sherry aromas with citrus, ginger and oak, accompanied by a gentle smoke.

- Taste: Initially sweet with cracked black pepper, Seville oranges and raspberries. Followed by roasted apple and subtle spice, creating a rich and complex finish.
