DESCRIPTION
Benromach 15 Year Old was officially launched in 2015 and has been redesigned in 2020 as it is now. Matured in a combination of Bourbon and Sherry casks, this single malt whisky is no less competitive than its predecessors. Benromach 15 offers a rich tasting experience with a harmonious combination of cracked pepper, charred oak, apple, dark chocolate and forest fruits, with a touch of smoke and rich sherry aromas.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Sweet aromas of toffee, cracked black pepper and peat smoke. Forest fruits with dark chocolate and dried bananas create a complex and attractive taste.
- Taste: Creamy with ripe apples and charred oak. Dark chocolate, toasted malt and orange peel, with a touch of gentle smoke.
- Finish: Medium creamy finish with soft smoke and dried fruits, long and delicate.
