DESCRIPTION
Benriach The Original Ten is a Speyside single malt whisky that stands out for its smoothness and multi-layered flavour profile. Matured for a minimum of ten years in three different cask types: bourbon casks, sherry casks and virgin oak casks. This maturation process creates rich and complex layers of flavour.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Aromas of fruit, honey and toasted oak
- Taste: Sweet notes of ripe pears, nectarines and malt, with a final note of almonds and vanilla spice
- Finish: Medium length with notes of almonds and spicy vanilla.
